Tom Martinsen
Majority owner and President. He brings broad experience running industrial equipment businesses throughout his 35 year career with Ingersoll-Rand, Atlas Copco and Babcock & Wilcox. Tom is a Veteran and served in Viet Nam. He overseas daily operations and core functions of the company.
Ralph Hathaway, Jr.
Vice President Sales & Service. He brings 25 years experience in the Floor Cleaning industry, and along with his management responsibilities, he manages the eastern Virginia sales territory.
Scott Harmon
Sales Manager. Scott has 30 years experience in the Floor Cleaning industry in Virginia. Scott manages the western Virginia sales territory, and his knowledge of the industry is second to none.
Sandy Allison
Office Manager. Sandy has 25 years experience running business offices, and is responsible for Customer Service and Parts management along with her office responsibilities.
