It pairs a rear-wheel-drive chassis, built to climb ramps, with a cylindrical scrub deck that scrubs and sweeps in a single pass, reducing the need for pre-sweeping before each run.
Navigation relies on 3D lidar, RGB-D cameras, and a layered array of sensors that build a map of the facility, recognize obstacles, and recalculate routes on the fly rather than stopping and waiting for a person. The machine’s aisle patterns improve over time as its onboard software learns more efficient paths. When a shift ends or the solution tank runs low, the AI-32 returns to its dock on its own, guided by five layers of redundant safety checks, including a level gauge, float switch, timer, bypass, and auto-close valve, that govern solution filling and charging.
The scrubber carries a 40 gallon solution tank and 50 gallon recovery tank, enough capacity to clean for 13 or more hours a day at roughly 60 percent utilization on a 220 VAC dock station. Operators and managers can monitor performance, adjust schedules, edit tasks, and track the machine live through a companion phone app that manages the whole fleet.
The AI-32 suits warehouses, distribution centers, and staging areas with large open runs of hard flooring, where it can operate during a shift or run lights-out overnight without an operator present.
